NOA 'Native Botanicals' Silk Shirt

In our latest collection, we wanted to celebrate our mission to develop the highest quality Australian made boardshorts by complimenting them with a limited range of 100% silk locally made shirts. A relaxed bowler fit complete with shell buttons, this shirt is made for celebrating those breezy summer days with your friends. 

In our first collaboration to date, we partnered with Sunshine Coast artist Nick Geyl who allows his contemporary impressionism style to portray familiar imagery of the Kabi Kabi and Jinibara land. In an ode to the origins of NOA and the robust Queensland landscape, Nick used iconic bold strokes of acrylic on timber to portray three natives known to the area; the Narrow Leaf Bottle Tree (Brachichyton Rupenstris), the Bangalow Palm (Archontophoenix cunninghamiana) and the Grass Tree (Xanthorrhoea).
